I'm Julia, a Project & Operations Manager from Buenos Aires, now based in Rio de Janeiro.
Where it started
Always curious. As a kid I loved reading, writing and taking notes. At 14 I fell for photography; friends became my models. In my last year of school, my sister and I started a swimwear brand.
Learning by doing
I joined Samsung at 20, knowing little, and spent ten years moving across areas, teams and managers. I learned to ask a lot, and to get creative when there is no clear answer.
Where I am now
At 30 I left Samsung to move, get uncomfortable and keep exploring. Now I bring big‑company structure to founders and smaller brands, keeping it human.
